Lyons Roofing

Lyons Roofing did a great job on my tile roof! They were always on time and never left any trash on my yard. I was very impressed with their professional attitude. They were not intrusive and they delivered as promised. Their price was fair, and their sales representative was the most knowledgeable.

I had my roof done. They delivered as they promised. My property was cleaner than when they started. It was interesting they used that giant magnet to comb the yard every afternoon. The salesperson was a dream to work with. PM was great. Definitely Recommended! :)

I have had the patio roof replaced four years ago and the house roof replaced a six months ago. All I can say about Lyon Roofing is that they have went out of their way to accommodate to make sure everything was done right and they make sure that I was happy and satisfied. I am EXTREMELY Happy with the New Roof giving me the BEST price in town. At one point, I was having problem with leakage on the patio roof, and finally was able to figure what the problem was when Lyon Roofing was in the process of replacing the roof on the house. Now, the house has no leaks so far. I saw the other reviews. I was surprised by their negative reports. I just had to let everyone know that I went with a LOCAL company to do my roof, not these OUT-OF-TOWN roofing companies trying to get my business after the Hail Storm 10/2010. The only thing that I was disappointed when I could not get their promotional offer, New Tablet. I was told that they ran out of them at the time. Other than that. Thank you Lyon Roofing for Job Well Done.

Of course you have to wait till the long rains appear to discover that a roof has issues. So yesterday, when they hit, so did the drips. Called Lyon's roofing, Paul, the president of the company came himself to inspect. Very prompt, knowledgeable, traced where the water was coming in from the roof, and we set an appointment for repair. Very pleased with response, as I'm sure they were swamped. Will definitely recommend.

Perfect from start to finish. I wanted to wait a few months and make sure everything was done as expected. We did a layover my current asphalt shingle roof. Jared came out, walked me through the whole process and why Lyons would be happy to do this job. I made it very clear that I was going to have multiple quotes done and he gave me some great tips and questions to ask. After that whole process they were a bit higher than most (about $1000). After a conversation with Jared he was able to make the number fit a bit better. My concern was quality over price and I made that very clear to all roofers who came out for an inspection/estimate. They came out on time to start the job. The crew was very informative and courteous. The job took about 2 days longer than anticipated....BUT, I wasn't going to be home, and it was my roof. It could have taken them a month and it wouldn't have hurt my feelings. When I got home from my trip I had a new roof, new ridge top vent, new chimney cover, painted roof fixtures, and a new ac unit put back exactly as it should have been. Yard was spotless as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Another very deciding factor, was they would handle any and all insurance clams due to hail, rain, or wind. That's really important as those things are common here in Arizona. Piece of mind, from a great LOCAL company, that follows that up with great work!
